If you have a personal license key for Windows 10 Pro, you can use and redeem it to upgrade a Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 Pro installation. If you have a product key from a digital download you can redeem that key on the download pages instead of an ISO.
A number of OEMs issue a variant of their software with hacked systems, in which the PC boot is a modified "Bios". These can be obtained from file-sharing sites, private forums, and other third-party retailers. If you do not have a way to obtain the genuine version of your OEM's software, do not attempt to use the patched system. It may void your machine's warranty, and is inadvisable to use for its intended purpose.
You can extract the ISO file, select the mirror and click Download. There isn't a direct download link for Windows 8.1 If you don't see the mirror on the page, please try the same thing later.
During the installation, the Windows 10 installation will still detect all Microsoft products present on your system and will offer to install them. If you don't want any of these products installed, or want to remove them, you must uninstall them first. For some applications, such as a Microsoft Office subscription, there may be options to cancel the installation. Some of the licenses allow Microsoft to hold data backups for use in the event that you change your mind.
Click the arrow next to the Download and Update icon on the Start menu to open the Store. If you do not see the arrow, right click on the Start button and select Open Store. Look for settings for the Windows Store in the Control Panel. d2c66b5586
