I created a facebook application in pingendo and it failed. I've uploaded the application to facebook, but it doesn't work. I can't change my pins, so I can't share my slides on facebook. What do I do?

I am trying to create a facebook application.For this I have copied the following to my pingendo account.The application gets published to facebook but nothing happens when I run it from facebook.When I try to access the page from facebook it shows me a blank page.What is wrong here? what changes do I need to make in the application to make it work?
pingendo supported html5 drag and drop,so I created a page on my domain.with the page I can drag and drop files from pingendo and the files are saved on my domain without any problem.Does the app provides the feature to create the html page? Or I have to use another drag and drop app to create the html page?
